A consultation consists of a 15-minute conversation around the problematic area and then a 30-minute treatment specifically designed to attain your desired outcome. Consultation is to be booked before the treatment plan is administered.

Price: £40

After a consultation, you will be advised on the amount of time it will take to meet your physical goals. Following this, we would work together once a week to follow up on treatment, along with exercises and stretches prescribed to aid with the therapy and the maintenance between sessions.

Once we have attained your desired outcome for your treatment plan, we would recommend a maintenance plan to ensure that the issue does not come back if we felt this would be beneficial. This is done with tailored exercises or treatment to retain the benefits of the treatment plan.  This includes a 45-minute session twice a month to ensure the benefits are retained and any further issues can be evaluated.

A sports massage to treat deep aches and pains in a specific area using specialized movements and sports massage techniques. This is beneficial in order to reduce pain and improve mobility.

Price: £40

Mobilization is used to increase the range of motion of the area through specialised techniques.  This can help reduce pain and increase ease of motion.
